Asheville Art Museum

I was invited to participate in a collaborative art show at the Asheville Art Museum, featuring regional illustrators with a connection to this picturesque center of the arts and crafts tradition. It was an immense honor to be included among the likes of Eric Carle, Faith Ringgold, Art Spiegelman, Robert Quackenbush, Remy Charlip, Leo Espinosa, Gail Haley, Gordon C. James, Leo Monahan, Edel Rodriguez and Vera Baker Williams. I’ve long admired many of these artists, and was equally thrilled to be on exhibit in my husband’s hometown of Asheville, NC.
